How Did I Treat My Varicocele?

My Story

So, I'm sure many of you already know my story. Just incase you don't: I used to have a massive grade 3 aching varicocele with a shrunken left testicle. What Treatments Did I Use?

Treatments: The first treatments I learnt were super helpful were inversions and cooling! Inversions help circulate pooled varicocele blood, helping minimize my symptoms. Examples of inversions include: Putting your feet up on the wall, and bridge pose. Then, I noticed that cooling treatments helped shrink my varicocele swelling size--so, I ran cool water over my testicles for 10-15 seconds every time I showered and after the gym. With these two treatments, my pain reduced significantly, and I started noticing some improvement in my varicocele swelling! 

Lifestyle Changes: Later, I noticed that exercising, sitting, and sexual activity were really negatively affecting my varicocele! Now, I learnt the key isn't to stop them, but to make them better. Once I got those under control, I noticed a great reduction in my varicocele swelling size.
