Legs Up on The Wall Pose
The legs up on the wall pose is one of the best Yoga asanas for both testicular health and varicocele. I recommend this asana for almost all of my varicocele clients. It is a great inversion pose and therefore helps improve blood circulation in the lower body. The best thing about it is that not only is it very beneficial, but it's one of the easiest poses to hold for many minutes for maximum benefit.

Yoga for Varicocele Treatment
Contrary to popular belief, varicocele natural treatment by yoga is very effective with extensive scientific backing. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14] Yoga has 3 major benefits for treating varicocele:
1. Yoga & Varicocele Toxic Blood Pooling
Varicocele is pooled blood in the testicular veins. This causes two dysfunctions. First, pooled blood is toxic blood. Second, these veins are responsible for cooling the testicles, and lose their cooling function when they become swollen (varicose).
Yoga circulates pooled blood, and cool the testicles. This helps alleviate pain, improve fertility, and heal both the testicle and varicose veins.
2. Yoga Enhances Testicular Blood Circulation
Many factors contribute to blood pooling, but it really all boils down to excessive abdominal pressure. Excessive abdominal pressure makes it difficult for blood to flow from from the testicular veins to the heart.
If you read my blog or any of my guides, you'll notice that I spend a lot of time addressing excessive abdominal pressure. That's because it is a major controllable varicocele risk factor, and worsens the nutcracker effect.
Yoga helps treat the nutcracker effect, stimulates healthy bowels, and increases healthy blood flow to the reproductive organs. The result is reduced abdominal pressure. This shrinks the varicocele and improves testicular health (sexual function).
3. Yoga for Healing Varicocele & Testicles
Finally, it is well known that yoga is a great therapeutic tool for reducing stress and anxiety. When the body is stressed and anxious, it does not heal as well and becomes inflamed. There is countless research pinning infertility and sexual dysfunction to stress and anxiety. As well, there is countless research showing the efficacy of yoga in improving infertility and sexual function. Just do a Google Scholar search of "infertility" and "yoga", and you'll find hundreds of publications saying the same thing--Yoga is effective in healing and maintenance of vascular and reproductive health.
