10 STEP VARICOCELE HEALING COURSE
STEP 1: QUESTIONS EVERYONE HAS
What is Varicocele?
Don't make it too complicated; Varicocele is swollen testicle veins. It is similar to varicose veins in the legs.
Is It Dangerous?
Well, typical symptoms of varicocele include: Infertility, impaired testosterone, testicular shrinkage, aching/pain, enlarged prostate, and scrotal sagging. So, it should definitely be treated as a serious condition
What Causes Varicocele?
Varicocele occurs when blood the blood leaving the testicles does not drain properly. There are many anatomical and lifestyle risk factors for varicocele. Many of these are controllable.
What Grade is My Varicocele?
Typically your doctor tells you, or it's is written in your medical report, but here is the most commonly used grading method in the US:

I think I have a varicocele, what should I do?
The #1 thing you need to do is confirm 100% that you only have varicocele and no other conditions. See your doctor for an accurate diagnosis! And, really, the most important thing is: Don't Do Nothing! Varicocele does worsen if left untreated--you must do something about it
I was diagnosed with varicocele, what now?
If you are diagnosed with varicocele, you can do one of 3 things:
Will I be okay?
I know it's easy to get scared of having varicocele. Well, I understand because fertility is a pretty serious topic. But, look, please realize that it's just swollen veins. And when it comes to varicocele, There is a lot that you can do! You have options. And you're in the best place to learn all about your options! I've put some serious effort into getting you the-best varicocele treatment resources, and making sure that you're very well informed--so you make the best decisions. Don't worry, just stick with me. I have no symptoms, but am concerned about infertility.
This is an important and real concern. About 40-60% of those with varicocele will eventually develop infertility. It is better to start the simple preventative measures now than to wait for infertility to develop. back to top ▲
I have varicocele pain or aching. Should I be concerned?
Yes, you should be concerned. Varicocele aching and pain are an indication that the testicles are either under stress or are being damaged due to toxic blood pooling. You need to start your treatment as soon as possible to prevent permanent damage to the testicles. Do not listen to doctors who recommend to do nothing. Don't just leave it. That makes no sense. You can, and must prevent further damage.
I was diagnosed with infertility, what now?
Note: Do not self-diagnose infertility; you must have a fertility test to know if you have infertility or not. If you are diagnosed with infertility, that means that there is already significant damage to your testicles from varicocele toxic blood pooling. This is an urgent case, and you must start a treatment ASAP to maximize your recovery capacity (don't do nothing, some damage can be permanent). Low sperm count, volume, motility, morphology, etc. are all symptomatic of damage from varicocele toxic blood pooling. The treatment for infertility is therefore very similar that of treatments for pain relief, restoring testosterone, and restoring lost testicular size.
We have had unsuccessful pregnancy after attempting. What are our options?
Look most people don't realize that there are thousands of treatments for infertility and at least a couple dozens of controllable varicocele risk factors: You can exercise, have a healthier diet, reduce your stress, perform yoga or acupuncture, cooling treatments, take supplements, etc. There are so many options! Don't give up. Contact me if you require personal assistance.
I have a hormone imbalance, erectile problems, or other dysfunctions. What should I do?
Again, you must ensure that you have no other conditions other than varicocele before considering any varicocele treatment. See your doctor and a specialist for an accurate diagnosis! Many times a different disorder entirely may be responsible for your symptoms that is completely overlooked. Again, hormone imbalance, virility difficulties, infertility, varicocele pain, testicular shrinkage, are all symptomatic of varicocele toxic blood pooling. They're also all very serious, and require urgent treatment. back to top ▲ |
