Actually, it's kind of a weird thing to say "without surgery", because surgery is not actually effective at treating varicocele pain. Nor is embolization (which is much less effective than surgery). Nor medication--which are only a temporary relief. But! There is a solution--natural treatments can help cure your varicocele pain without surgery. Actually, almost all of my clients with varicocele pain have completely cured their pain with my specific lifestyle changes, at home--without surgery.

Pain After Varicocele Surgery

Varicocele surgery is neither effective nor advised for pain treatment. In few cases those who did not have pain before surgery, will develop pain after surgery. Moreover, in some cases previous pain symptoms will persist or worsen. This is not to mention that there is a risk of damage to surrounding tissue (e.g. testicular loss, permanent erectile dysfunction, persistent/recurrent varicocele, etc.)

​I personally recommend avoiding varicocele surgery & embolization in general, but especially advise against them as a form treatment for varicocele pain relief. You have much better alternative options.

Be cautious, likely the the cons of surgery outweigh its benefits.

• Is surgery effective for fertility treatment? How effective? Does it lead to improvement in pregnancy rates? In what percent of people (or NNT)?
• Is surgery effective for pain treatment? How effective? In what percent of people (or NNT)?
• Is surgery effective for improving testosterone? Does this lead to any real benefits? Is this an effective method for improving virility? How effective? In what percent of people (or NNT)?
• What is the definition of a successful operation?

Surgical Risks

• What percent of people who undergo surgery experience symptoms? 
• What symptoms do people experience? At what rate (percentage) for each symptom? How long will each symptom last?
• Any potential permanent symptoms? How severe? What rate does it occur?
• What is the definition of a failed operation?

Your Surgeon's Skill & Results

• What is your definition of a successful procedure (e.g. just varicose veins removed vs. tangible improvement of semen parameters, pregnancy rates, testosterone, pain reduction, etc.)
• What percent of your clients have had a successful procedure? What percent have reported a successful procedure?
• What is your definition of a failed procedure?  What percent of your clients have developed negative side-effects? What percent have been surveyed or have reported?
