Nerve Issues Causing Varicocele Pain, Can your Treatments Help?

I am at 29 age. I bought your book, reading that. I am suffering varicocele. My left testicle in pain majorly. Left tsticle is little shrink not very small. Your exercises helped me but tenporary time. i have some questions:

​Doctor says its nerve damage from inside. It cant be recover on its own. I also read articles that its a nerve mechanical failure rather than only an obstruction. It can't heal on it own.

​So should keep beliving on natural treatment offered by you? Will it fix that nerve damage? I mean but i want know that i am sacrificing a lot like outside foods, going out, heavy running etc. Will it be worth at the end and mechanical fault will heal?

What I would say is try and see if it helps. It likely will to a good degree. Just because a doctor gives you a prognosis doesn't mean it'll be a fact that will occur no matter what.

Try out the program for 1-2 month, 100%, no wavering from it. If it helps alleviate your pain, then, that's amazing. If it reduces it to some degree, then that's also good. If it doesn't work, then you know one thing that doesn't work--much better to know what works and what doesn't.
