Sorry I took so long to reply. I'm a bit busy with school. So I got the ebook and Varico Health Kit. I've been reading through the ebook and do have one question. First, pretty much my only hobby is skateboarding. While I only do it once a week while at school, during the summer I do it 3-4 hours every other day. Now Skateboarding involves a lot of jumping, which is a risk factor. So I'm wondering if you think I'll be okay if i have supportive/breathable underwear, shorts, and frequent cooling while skateboarding? Or should I really take a break from skateboarding? Also, I happen to have some reishi and chaga mushroom supplements. Have you heard of or used these? I wonder if they might be beneficial. Anyhow, I'll let you know if I have anymore questions. In the meantime I'll try to incorporate the treatments into my day! Thank you.

(Name) okay cool. Yeah, skateboarding is okay. I'm sure you'll be fine. Yes, breathable and supportive underwear help make a big difference. There is a whole chapter on how to be active with varicocele in the Healing Guide, but here is kind of a summary of what to consider for you:
Regarding your supplement, unfortunately, I haven't heard of them, but, in general, I advise caution and moderation with supplements. I'm not sure if they'd actually make any difference for your varicocele in all honesty.

Okay, that's good to hear thank you! I think the stud underwear could really help reduce the effect of constantly jumping while skateboarding. Anyhow I've gone through the book and figured out what I need to do. I just had a few extra questions for you about things I couldn't pick out from reading the book. Thank you!
(Name) cool! Thanks for getting in touch. Yes, the STUD Underwear is very helpful. I personally however like workout out underwearless--but that's a personal preference, and my workouts are a little different than Skateboarding which involves more jumping, and more fresh air and cool environment.
