Varicocele Natural Treatment Results

Questions (1 of 2): I have gotten some results, but am concerned because I want to completely cure my varicocele.

Hello Daniel,
It's (name) young man who brought your e-book several months ago,and now Im here to tell you about my feelings towards your treatment.

In November last year, I thought I was going to have a surgery on my varicocele during the winter vacation. It was kind of a solution you know so I didn't keep following your instructions in the book strictly. However I sticked to cooling my testicles daily.

When I went to see the urology surgeon in my vacation, after he touched my swelling he said it was not that serious, he advised me to wait for another year to see how it would change throughout the time and I accepted his advice (since my sperm quality was good). And now Daniel, thanks to ur book Im going to follow those instructions again.

And feedback: I think cooling the testicles and lifestyle changes do work!

Finally I have some questions for you Daniel:

1. How long did it take you to recover from a grade 3 varicocele to grade 1?
2. What is your color Doppler ultrasound result?What is the diameter of your varicocele veins now?
3. I think Im still having some psychological obstacles, what is your advice on this?

1.How long did it take you to recover from a grade 3 varicocele to grade 1?

• It took me about 1 year. But, I had no idea what I was doing, and I was following pretty bad treatment recommendations, many of which didn't work.

2.What is your color Doppler ultrasound result?What is the diameter of your varicocele veins now?

• To be honest, I haven't gone in for an ultrasound, because I really have no more symptoms... Overall though, I believe my treatments help reduce varicocele vein swelling diameter size by 40-60% for most of my clients--judging from feedback and surveys.

3.I think Im still having some phycological obstacles,what is your advice on this?

• Honestly, just follow the treatment recommendations and you'll be okay. It's a process, and takes some time, but, the results do come. Just be patient. Follow the treatments that work, and you'll learn how to easily manage it without any symptoms or worry. As well, maintenance is much much easier than getting the results.

I do recommend the Varico Health Kit and STUD Underwear too. They're very helpful for varicocele treatment. The STUD Underwear especially is almost all you need for maintenance.

Daniel, Im sorry for bothering you but I still have some new questions that I wanna ask you about，

1. What kind of physical exercises you usually do now?
2. Can your still feel your swelling by hand?
3. Are you still suffering scrotal sag? Does Kegel work?

One good news that I wanna tell you is that I don't feel much pain these days! But scrotal sag still bother me a lot,do your have any advices on this?

And...is there anyone(among your clients) whose feedback is that he fully get rid of varicocele? Can you share their experience? ​

​Reply (2 of 2): I no longer consider varicocele a problem. Lower grade varicoceles are easier to treat.

(name), so many questions now! Okay, let me see what I can do for you.

1. I do martial arts, boxing, karate, jujitsu, weight lifting, and basketball. Just follow the precautions in the Healing Guide and you'll be okay!
2. Very minor swelling. But, I'm likely too conscientious of it. It's not a problem in all honesty--that's the real thing that you're after.
3. Nope, no scrotal sagging. I also use the STUD Underwear for maximum cooling and scrotal support. So, that hasn't been a problem for me for a long time. Scrotal tuck kegels can help a little, but I recommend supportive underwear and cooling treatments instead--they're better. Support prevent excessive sagging, and cooling increases the muscular tone.
4. Yeah, same as above for scrotal sagging. As well, yes, patience and just do what you can. Really, just follow the recommendations and live your life buddy, you'll be okay.
5. Yeah, typically my clients with grade 1 and 2 varicoceles recover fully from their varicoceles. However, the problem with grade 3 varicoceles is that the actual vein structure has changed. So, you might no longer have any risk factors and you might have good blood circulation, but, there will be some innate swelling and increased vein diameter. But, it's not something to be worried about once you correct the lifestyle changes and follow the treatments. I have also had some clients with grade 3 varicoceles fully recover. There are so many different risk factors for varicocele--really every case is so different. So, one of them might have been due to excessive sitting, another to an infection, another to excessive masturbation, another to poor bowel health, etc... So, the time it takes and the results really vary completely from person to person.
