• Inactive: Being inactive is a big risk factor for varicocele. I recommend exercising more regularly. Sports are a great option!
• Drinks alcohol and coffee (1 & 2 / week): Not too big of a deal if it's low volume of consumption, but, for the first 4 weeks of treatment, I recommend both zero alcohol and coffee.
• Commando: It's a good start, usually better than going out with underwear on. I do however advise that you get some cooling supportive underwear. • Playing computer games: Not good. Same as sitting risk factor, but also contributes to watching porn, not exercising, excessive sitting, elevated scrotal temperatures, and poor posture.
• Masturbation risk factor: I mean, not that big of a deal, but there are some precautions that will help.
• Previous UTI: Right, and is it 100% cleared now?
