VARICOCELE & PENIS ENLARGEMENT (PE) EXERCISES

What Causes Varicocele to Develop?

Dozens of risk factors have been identified for varicocele development and severity. These include poor posture, digestive and bowel disease, prolonged sitting, testicular temperature, excessive pressure in the lower abdominal region, physical trauma, poor diet, risky lifestyle factors like smoking, drinking alcohol and coffee, improper masturbation, etc.

So, vaicocele is to a large degree a product of lifestyle factors. The question now is: Is PE a risk factor for varicocele? If so, what can we do to mitigate the risk factors and make PE less damaging and more therapeutic?
+ 4 Varicocele Natural Treatment Tips >

Are PE Exercises Risky?

Are PE exercises risky for varicocele? Yes they are--but only when done improperly. Improper PE tugs on and damages the testicular veins, it causes testicular hyperthermia, increases pressure on the testicular veins, leads to increased blood flow to the testicles in a way that swells the testicular veins, etc. These all increase varicocele size and increase pain.

Our goal with PE is to get stronger erections, improve testicular health, and boost testosterone production. So we need to learn exactly what's wrong with our current PE methods and how we can do better.

What PE Exercises Are Risky?

Here is a list of high risk PE exercises:
  • Wrapping your penis & testicles with a warm/hot towel for long periods
  • Tugging agreesively on your testicles to stretch the scrotum
  • Squeezing erect penis every tightly for girth gains
  • Rubbing the testicles too strongly during testicle massage
  • Not minding and irritating the epididymis during PE exercises
  • Ejaculating too frequently because of overly arousing PE exercises
  • Not learning proper testicular care
  • Having a varicocele, and PEing without minimizing risk factors
  • Always heating the testicles (no cooling treatments)
  • etc. etc.

How Do We Make PE Better?

So, the whole subject of The Complete Guide to Natural Healing of Varicocele is about learning proper testicular care and making sure that our lifestyle and activities are not risk factors for varicocele, but instead them therapeutic and more supportive of healthy veins and testicles. It is a must-read guide for anyone with varicocele.

Here is a list of methods for preventing Penis Enlargement exercises from becoming Varicocele Enlargement exercises (note: for a comprehensive guide, you need to get my book!):
  • Do not wrap the penis testiclles with a hot towel for prolonged periods (e.g. for more than 1-2 minutes.
  • If you perform exercises that heat up the testicles, you MUST also perform at least as many cooling treatments (don't over-cool your testicles).
  • If you are stretching the scrotum, make sure you're not tugging on the testicles! Any form of stretching that tugs on the testicles should be done with extreme care and with the utmost slow progression.
  • Now, you need to be SUPER careful with you pressurize the area around the tesicles. Think of varicocele caused by squeezing PE exercises as the equivilant to hemmeroids caused by heavy weight lifting.
  • You need to care not to stress out the testicles and surrounding tissue, or else you'll cause inflammation. Inflammation in this area will cause the veins to enlarge and over time can lead to varicocele.
  • Most people who PE do not know basic scrotal and testicular anatomy! There is such thing as an epididymis. It is a lump at the side of your testicles. It is very sensitive and should be avoided in all PE exercises. The is no such this as epididymis stimulation.
Continue reading for a critically important bonus tip! What's wrong with ejaculating more frequently? What is proper testicular care? How does someone with varicocele minimize risk factors during PE and any activity? You can find the answer to all of this and a very comprehensive guide to varicocele natural treatment in the Healing Guide. I've saved the best and most informative content for those who actually support this business and buy the book. This isn't a watered down book, it's deep and rich in content with no fillers. PE with Varicocele (Bonus Tip!)

For those of you with varicocele, now, here is the last free tip that I'll give you here. This is a big bonus! It really is.
** Do not perform PE exercises while sitting! **
Instead, you must perform PE only when lying down. This is an important game changer because it minimizes the pressure that goes on your varicocele. So, you can continue most of your normal PE routines as long as you minimize the stress that they create.
