Grade 1 Varicocele with Infertility & Pain (Treatment Resources)

I'll try to run through your VRA form very quickly...

1. grade 1, bilateral: You have too many symptoms for an early stage varicocele like this.
2. low sperm count, volume, morphology, and motility: Having such serious symptoms at 20 years old is not good at all. I highly highly advise that you start a comprehensive treatment as soon as possible.
3. both hormone imbalance & impaird virility "I have eractile dysfunction": These are all very serious symptoms... But, have you really had a sperm analysis done? How do you know your sperm quality is so low? And, you indicate that you masturbate 3 times per week, what makes you think you have erectile dysfunction? 
4. has hernia 11mm: Where is the hernia located? Has it been treated? What caused the hernia? 
5. Testicles feel sensitive & irritable, and 5/10 varicocele pain: Not good! But, the fact that your pain comes and goes, again indicates lifestyle is playing an important role here.
6. Swelling reduces over night to morning: Again, this is indicates lifestyle factors as a cause of your varicocele. 
7. Sitting for 8+ hours per day "student and desk job": Sitting for very very long periods, without proper varicocele underwear, and without good posture, and while being inactive... Very bad idea.
