Now guys, this is a pretty old video that I made. I don't necessarily make the same recommendations now. But, here's a comment that I found very interesting.

Wrong. It is serious. It is toxic blood. This was not made to freak people out. It was made to provide 3 important treatments that can help with varicocele pain. Why do you think you have varicocele pain? You think it's aching or painful without reason? No. It's because your testicles and testicular veins are literally being damaged. The proper terminology for that is varicocele toxic blood pooling. The toxicities are from ROS damage, hyperhydration, lack of nutrient exchange, and yes, literally toxin buildup.

Actually, only about 15% of men with varicocele also have pain symptoms. That's not many. Some have severe pain, some have only dull aching pain. The condition varies in severity.

While you minify the pain symptoms for everyone else, I will note importantly that pain symptoms are an indication that your condition is worsening. Why? Because the damage done to your veins is damaging the vein valves. The pain means blood is blooding 70-100 time normal testosterone levels in your testicular veins--this means vein hypertrophy.

Now, while you pretend like nothing is going on, I urge all men with varicocele pain at least begin making specific lifestyle changes to address the root cause. I strongly urge men with varicocele pain to at a minimum adhere to the 3 pain relief treatments recommended here.

I have had too many clients who ignored their pain symptoms--who then later developed higher grade varicoceles and infertility. Scare tactic? If you want to call it that, go for it. I prefer to call it seeing reality, and doing something about it.

Hey Daniel, would it be possible for the varicocele to go up to the kidney? Is the vein connected to it? Could the valves break all the way there? What if the blood pools in? What should one do if it was the case?

​Now, I'm not a doctor, so, please take my advise as is. However, varicose veins do not occur inside of the body. Varicose veins are superficial. That is why you see varicose veins underneath the skin, but is never discussed in deeper tissue. In a similar and slightly different manner, you don't have varicose arteries (arteries are veins that carry oxygenated blood from away from the heart to the rest of the body)--these veins are deeper and have thicker walls, therefore you will never find an incidence of arterial varicosity. The surrounding tissue pressurizes and prevents varicose vein formation.

Right, well, what is the 90% success for?

It's not for fertility improvement, that's only 14% (NNT = 7).

It's not for pain relief, that's not very significant improvement.

Actually many meta analysis indicate that surgery may not be effective at all for improving pregnancy rate or pain.

As well, pretty much every single literature on surgery states that further study is needed.

It's successfully completing the procedure. That's not "success" in my opinion.

It also doesn't mean that you were not damaged by the procedure. It just means that the procedure that was set-out to be done was completed successfully.

That's why there is a fail-at-attempt of around 1-15%.

Embolization is a joke. You want metal coils stuck in your scrotum for the rest of your life? At the risk of hydrocele, not very effective reduction of varicocele swelling, persistent recurrent varicocele, permanent pain, coil migration, etc.

My numbers aren't wrong, they're just the other numbers the surgeon's website forgot to mention to you.

You simply got your numbers from a bias source that is very likely promoting surgery or embolization, directly, or indirectly, or is even influenced by the biased amount of publications on surgery, and not alternative care.

For your case... It's silly to have a procedure with significant risks such as surgery or embolization. Grade 1 varicocele? Which doctor recommended surgery for that? That's the person you should be cautious of.

Now, it's actually relatively easy to reverse a grade 1 varicocele by following my protocols.

Or wait, maybe you should wait and see what happens... Maybe your varicocele and pain will go away by themselves. That's what the doctors suggest (other than surgery).

But, varicocele typically worsens with time.

Your pain is an indication that varicocele toxic blood pooling is currently damaging your testicles and testicular veins. That means that your condition is likely worsening.

I say why wait to see, just to see that you end up having surgery?
